Summary:
As a Salesforce Manager, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to ensure optimal functionality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application integration.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
- Experience with API management and development.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
