Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to troubleshoot software problems, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system health and ensuring that all components operate smoothly, contributing to the overall efficiency of business operations. Your role will require a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring that any disruptions are addressed promptly and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather and analyse business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
- Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure applications using Microsoft .NET and VB.NET technologies.
- Write, review, and optimise code for performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Develop and execute test plans, perform test deployments, and ensure quality assurance standards are met.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Jenkins and other job scheduling tools.
- Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to ensure system stability.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies.
- Experience with database management and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.

Additional Information:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET and VB.NET development.
- Strong expertise in with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools for automation.
- Experience in Oracle databases, including writing complex queries.
- Proven ability to interact with clients and deliver solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
