Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their problem-solving capabilities and technical knowledge.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on system support priorities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and machine learning model deployment.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose complex system issues and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and infrastructure supporting AI applications.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize AI model performance.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and incident management processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Thiruvananthapuram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
