Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day revolves around spearheading the evolution of testing practices into a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing the overall control, precision, and reliability of testing activities by integrating advanced tools and methodologies. Your role involves driving the adoption of intelligent and predictive testing strategies, leveraging automation and innovative solutions to ensure continuous improvement and excellence in quality delivery. Collaboration and leadership are key as you guide teams toward achieving higher standards in testing performance and product integrity.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to build their skills and knowledge in automation testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals and timelines.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new testing tools and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and defect tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in test execution and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Nagpur office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
