Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that project requirements are met, overseeing the development process, and providing guidance to team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications are built to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing timelines and deliverables, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets stakeholder expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microservices and Light Weight Architecture, Java Enterprise Edition, Java 8, Junit.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.
- Strong experience of application development with Spring framework. (Spring Boot Web/Security/JPA).
- Good to have Life Insurance domain experience.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Need to work on Shift B(12:30pm till 10:00pm)
