Summary:
As a Business Analyst, a typical day involves examining the structure and operations of an organization to understand how its processes and systems function together. This role requires evaluating the existing business model and its alignment with technological solutions. The professional spends time identifying the needs of customers and stakeholders, envisioning improved future states or business solutions. Gathering, researching, and synthesizing relevant information to support decision-making and strategic planning is a key part of daily activities, ensuring that the organization s goals are effectively supported by its processes and technology.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business objectives and technology solutions.
- Document and communicate business requirements clearly to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements based on analysis findings.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ability to conduct thorough research and synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience in mapping current state processes and designing future state solutions.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for documenting business requirements and workflows.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Core Banking.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
