Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements to improve application performance and user experience, all while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Java and Spring Boot (key) - TypeScript and Angular (key) - MongoDB / Postgres - Y-files or similar graph visualization solutions (optional but nice to have) - Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent testing frameworks (optional) - Grafana / Open Telemetry (optional) - GitLab (optional) - Kubernetes (optional) - Azure (optional) - worked with event driven systems - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - 5+ years of strong understanding of technologies such as Java and Spring Boot (key) and TypeScript and Angular (key) - Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate. - Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases. - Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
