Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, your typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements that drive efficiency and effectiveness in application performance.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Assist in the documentation of processes and solutions to enhance team knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- Must have experience in Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of application integration techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with API management and development.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in business solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
