Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service, Web Application Development.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in integrating APIs and working with low-code platforms to customize applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues while maintaining system stability.
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and deployment strategies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
