Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.

As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that technology professionals remain competitive in the ever-evolving market. Your typical day will involve delivering foundational training sessions, engaging with learners to enhance their skills, and collaborating with various teams to develop course content. You will also be responsible for creating assessment materials that align with industry standards, ensuring that participants are well-prepared for certification. Your contributions will help shape the future of technology education and empower individuals to excel in their careers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Finance.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs in technology.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning materials.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques to measure learner progress.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
