Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve strategizing to enhance delivery efficiency and ensuring high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing established quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will focus on defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and evaluate the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality assurance.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
- Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retirement Planning Services.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and plans.
- Proficient in defect tracking and test management tools.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Retirement Planning Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
