Deployment Lead
Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

Summary:
As a Deployment Lead, you will be responsible for planning and leading the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various project teams to manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitoring progress through the deployment plan. You will also oversee work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, and resource allocation to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment on deployment objectives.
- Develop and implement best practices for deployment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Java Enterprise Edition, Spring Boot.
- Experience with cloud architecture and deployment strategies.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to analyze and optimize deployment processes for improved performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
