Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. This role requires engaging with various project components to ensure that software solutions align with organizational goals. The workday often includes collaborating with different teams to understand requirements, developing application features, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. Continuous evaluation and adjustment of applications to meet evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the software development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of application design and configuration details.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to enhance user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development principles.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
