Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (SSE) with a strong background in Esri Utility Network Management (UNM) technology, 3D model building, and digital twin development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing geospatial solutions that support enterprise-scale utility operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions leveraging Esri UNM technology for asset lifecycle management, connectivity modeling, and advanced spatial analysis.
- Build and integrate 3D models and digital twins to support visualization, simulation, and predictive analytics for utility assets.
- Utilize FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) for data integration, transformation, and migration across multiple geospatial and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize and extend ArcGIS data models for utility-specific workflows.
- Implement enterprise-grade solutions using ArcGIS Pro/ Enterprise/Server/Portal to support large-scale user bases.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality assurance, and compliance with industry standards through automation and validation rules.
- Support integration of geospatial platforms with enterprise applications, ensuring interoperability and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to solution architecture, design reviews, and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills: - Strong expertise in Esri UNM technology.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in geospatial solution development.
- Proven experience in 3D model building and digital twin development.
- Hands-on proficiency with FME for data workflows.
- Solid understanding of ArcGIS data model and enterprise deployment.
- Experience with QGIS for open-source geospatial workflows.
- Knowledge of GeoServer for spatial data publishing and interoperability.
- Familiarity with enterprise databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and integration frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud-based geospatial solutions and APIs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ESRI ArcGIS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru and Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative team environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
