Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Expert – Material Management (MM) to support Continuous Improvement (CI)
initiatives across procurement and inventory management processes. The role will focus on managing change requests,
optimizing business processes, delivering system enhancements, and ensuring stable production support.
The candidate will take end-to-end ownership of requirements from analysis through production deployment
while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Lead and manage SAP MM continuous improvement initiatives, enhancements, and change requests.
- Take full ownership of requirements from gathering and analysis through configuration, testing, and production deployment.
- Manage and deliver Jira requirements as part of ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Take end-to-end ownership of change requests, ensuring successful implementation and deployment to production.
- Engage stakeholders using a consultative approach to gather, analyze, and refine business and system requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable Jira stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor progress, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and drive resolution to meet agreed timelines.
- Ensure all changes align with organizational standards, governance, and best practices.
- Drive process standardization and best practices across the SAP MM landscape.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and inventory management.
- Experience with integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules.
- Familiarity with data migration and system upgrade processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
