Summary:
As a Security Consulting Practitioner, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to understand their unique business protection needs. This role focuses on shaping comprehensive security strategies tailored to each client s environment. The practitioner designs robust solutions that enhance cyber resilience and provides ongoing guidance to ensure the effectiveness of these measures. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives is a key aspect, along with continuously monitoring the evolving threat landscape to recommend proactive improvements. The role demands a thoughtful approach to safeguarding critical assets while supporting clients throughout their security journey.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security solutions are effectively integrated and aligned with client requirements.
- Continuously update knowledge on emerging security trends and technologies to provide innovative recommendations.
- Assist junior team members by sharing expertise and providing mentorship to support their professional growth.
- Document and communicate security strategies and solution designs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management concepts and best practices.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex security environments and design scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration of identity governance tools within enterprise systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and effective security solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
