Collaboration and continuous improvement are key aspects, as the engineer refines existing solutions and contributes to the overall software architecture to support organizational goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Prompt Engineering.
- Good To Have Skills: Responsible AI, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software performance across different platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating AI-driven components into custom software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Prompt Engineering.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
