Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires working collaboratively within agile teams to build scalable and efficient applications that meet unique business requirements. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous improvement of software performance and integration, ensuring that solutions align with evolving organizational goals and user needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in managing and maintaining SAP environments including system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
- Strong understanding of system performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting within SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of database administration and integration with SAP systems.
- Ability to work with transport management and change control processes in SAP.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
