Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of procurement processes within an Oracle Fusion Cloud environment.
In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Procurement, leading end-to-end solution delivery while collaborating with global stakeholders. You will play a critical role in translating business requirements into scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with organizational objectives. You will configure and support Oracle Procurement Cloud applications, manage releases, and ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Procurement Fusion Cloud modules, including Self Service Procurement (SSP), Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Contracts, and Catalog Management
- Act as the Procurement SME, driving solution design, configuration, and deployment
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Configure procurement modules including SSP, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Contracts, and Catalogs
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance (AP), Inventory, and other upstream/downstream systems
- Take ownership of team delivery, including task planning, performance management, and decision-making
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural and functional decisions
- Manage project lifecycle phases including SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities
- Monitor system performance and implement stability and optimization improvements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and user experience
- Lead incident management, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and capability building within the team

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Oracle Procurement Fusion Cloud
- Extensive experience in Purchasing, Self Service Procurement (SSP), Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, Supplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts
- Experience in Supplier Qualification Management (SQM), Service Procurement, and Catalog Management
- Strong understanding of packaged/SaaS application configuration and support models
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data migration
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Knowledge of system performance monitoring and optimization techniques
- Experience leveraging AI technologies to build, optimize, and enhance business solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience working in global delivery models (onshore-offshore)

Qualifications:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Oracle Procurement Fusion Cloud
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement Certification preferred
- Experience integrating Procurement with Finance (AP) and Inventory modules
- Proven experience in data migration, reconciliation, and reporting
- 15 years of full-time education required

Additional Information:
- Role Location: Hyderabad, India
- Experience in large-scale transformation programs is highly preferred
- Experience in handling International Public Sector clients is an added advantage
