Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with mentoring team members and resolving complex challenges that arise during project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Support the professional growth of team members by providing guidance and constructive feedback.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical risks or issues that may impact delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint Server2013 Development.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures within SharePoint environments.
- Ability to optimize code for performance and maintainability in complex enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in integrating SharePoint with other enterprise systems and services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges related to SharePoint development.
- Experience in leading development teams and managing software delivery processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint Server2013 Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education and ready to work in shifts is required.
