Summary:
As a Security Transformation Practitioner, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive security solutions aimed at protecting digital assets and ensuring the continuity of business operations. This role requires integrating security controls seamlessly into various enterprise systems, applications, and processes to defend against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and potential data breaches. The practitioner collaborates with multiple teams to ensure that security measures align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, continuously adapting to evolving security landscapes to maintain robust protection.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and assess security implementations to identify areas for improvement.
- Document security processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in security-related tasks.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Experience with network access control and policy enforcement using Cisco Identity Services Engine.
- Knowledge of integrating security controls within enterprise environments to mitigate risks.
- Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and accounting protocols in network security.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems.
- Understanding of security frameworks and best practices relevant to enterprise security.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
