Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users while adhering to best practices in software development. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions that enhance the overall functionality and performance of the applications.

- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in Oracle C2M Functional Customer Experience Area
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Has an understanding of both business processes and C2M functionality within the CX area like(start, Stop , transfer service, Deposit, Connection charges, Integration with mobile app, CRM applications Etc.)
- Experience using SQL to review customer data, validate integrations, and support interfaces between C2M and front end systems.
- Review and analyze defects in SIT and UAT, provide functional root cause analysis and direction to developers
- Strong understanding of application development methodologies.
- Experience with database design and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with software testing frameworks and tools.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle C2M Functional Customer Experience Area.
- The candidate should have overall 10+ years of experience in Oracle CC&B technical architecture
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
