Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive features that span from the user interface to the backend systems. This role requires actively engaging in the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Embracing a cloud-first and agile approach, the role demands adaptability and creativity to address complex business challenges effectively and efficiently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable cloud-based applications.
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
