Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Facilitate communication between finance and operational departments to enhance data-driven decision making.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional development and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis principles and practices.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within complex business environments.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and operational metrics.
- Skilled in identifying financial risks and opportunities to support strategic initiatives.
- Competence in using financial software tools and systems to enhance reporting and data accuracy.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
