Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements.
- Document and communicate process designs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the implementation team by providing insights and clarifications on business processes.
- Assist junior team members in understanding business process frameworks and methodologies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve business processes.
- Experience in creating detailed process documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with business process modeling and analysis techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Xstore Point of Service (POS).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
