Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will guide a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high standards throughout the application lifecycle. Your day involves overseeing the development and implementation of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. You will monitor and evaluate testing processes by defining key performance indicators, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of the software products. Collaboration and leadership are central to your role as you drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of quality within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality software.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SnapLogic.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing strategies across complex application ecosystems.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and product quality.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution processes to ensure timely identification and correction of issues.
- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities to guide and motivate quality engineering teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SnapLogic.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
