Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics, Business Requirements Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with data processing and transformation techniques to ensure data quality.
- Ability to work with various data sources and integrate data for comprehensive analysis.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Competence in troubleshooting and debugging software issues related to data handling.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
