Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Field Logistics Consultant with 8–10 years of SAP experience, including strong exposure to implementation and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in logistics execution processes and experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver efficient and scalable logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP Field Logistics implementations, rollouts, and AMS/support engagements
Analyze business requirements related to logistics execution and translate them into functional solutions
Configure and support processes across logistics areas such as inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation coordination
Work on integration with cross-functional modules including MM, SD, EWM, TM, and PM
Handle incident management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support data migration, testing cycles (unit testing, SIT, UAT), and go-live activities
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors
Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and KT materials
Required Skills & Experience:
8–10 years of SAP experience with focus on Logistics / Supply Chain execution
Strong hands-on experience in:
o Inventory Management (IM)
o Warehouse processes (basic WM/EWM exposure preferred)
o Outbound and inbound logistics processes
o Delivery processing and shipment handling
Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementation experience
Strong experience in support/AMS projects
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environment (Logistics modules)
Understanding of integration points across MM, SD, EWM, TM, and PM
Exposure to batch management, serial number handling, and HU management (preferred)
Basic knowledge of debugging / ABAP (nice to have)
Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification in Logistics / Supply Chain modules (MM/SD/EWM/TM)
Experience in field service or plant maintenance logistics scenarios
Exposure to Fiori apps and S/4HANA innovations in logistics
Experience in global rollouts or multi-country deployments
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Good documentation and presentation skills
