Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. The position demands continuous attention to data quality and the implementation of processes that facilitate smooth data flow and accessibility for multiple teams and applications. Collaboration with different stakeholders to align data infrastructure with organizational needs is also a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the design and optimization of data pipelines to ensure efficient data processing and integration.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data engineering efforts with broader business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Experience in building and managing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and database management systems.
- Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and tools for data processing.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows for performance improvements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
