Summary:
As a Security Value Services Practitioner, a typical day involves shaping the strategic direction of cybersecurity offerings to enhance client value and support business expansion. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to align messaging and ensure the organization's security solutions stand out in a competitive market. The practitioner continuously evaluates market trends and client needs to refine capabilities and positioning, fostering strong partnerships and driving impactful outcomes across the security domain.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of security strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity governance frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with security compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable security solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
