Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes rigorous testing and deployment of these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Additionally, the engineer develops and deploys infrastructure and platform environments, often creating proof of architecture models to validate the feasibility and robustness of proposed designs. Collaboration with various teams to align architecture with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance system capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of cloud solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and implement scalable cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with performance testing and optimization of cloud applications.
- Skilled in integrating cloud and on-premises systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
