Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable application design.
- Experience in managing code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to development standards.
- Ability to lead and coordinate multiple development teams in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with database design, optimization, and integration within custom software solutions.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
