Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operations. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations and streamline workflows to enhance user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and project success.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow HRSD modules to meet business needs.
- Strong understanding of application release management and system stability practices.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to integrate and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and resolving issues within packaged or software as a service applications.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver aligned solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
