Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for platforms, products, or specific engagements. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with strategic objectives and operational requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating emerging technologies and recommending adoption strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance web applications using React.js.
- Experience with component-based architecture and state management libraries.
- Ability to integrate front-end solutions with backend services and APIs effectively.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
