Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in designing and developing scalable, modular software architectures.
- In-depth understanding of cloud computing principles and mobile-first development strategies.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative software delivery processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and provide effective solutions.
- Experience with integration techniques and tools to connect diverse systems and services.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
