Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong experience in writing efficient and maintainable code using procedural extensions to SQL.
- Ability to optimize database interactions and improve application performance through effective use of stored procedures and functions.
- Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex database-related issues.
- Experience working within agile development environments to deliver iterative software solutions.
- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
