Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts to deliver robust and efficient software solutions tailored to client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between technical and business stakeholders.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices.
- Experience with scalable system architecture and performance optimization.
- Ability to design secure and resilient cloud-based solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to cloud environments.
- Expertise in integrating diverse software components into cohesive, maintainable systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
