Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management.
- Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and software as a service applications.
- Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop scalable solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while maintaining application stability.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in software environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team collaboration and solution delivery.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
