As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high-quality code, optimizing system scalability, and aligning technical solutions with overarching business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .NET Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles related to .NET frameworks.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to maintain code quality.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and integration of .NET applications within cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective resolutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .NET Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
