Summary:
As an Application Developer, your day typically involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional solutions, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the systems to support evolving business demands are integral parts of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Document application configurations and updates to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Financial Integration.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within enterprise environments.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into effective application solutions.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and data flow between systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
