Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting features to enhance functionality, managing software releases to ensure smooth deployment, and maintaining system stability to provide reliable service. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement improvements is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application integration using APIs and low-code platforms.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues.
- Familiarity with best practices for maintaining compatibility and performance in packaged or SaaS applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
