Collaboration and leadership are central, as the lead coordinates efforts across multiple teams to drive successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery timelines.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Environment and Configuration Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong expertise in managing complex software environments and configuration settings within the Murex platform.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures tailored to business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving configuration-related issues to ensure system stability.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to integrate diverse software components effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Murex Environment and Configuration Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
