Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.
Must have skills : Identity Access Management (IAM)
Good to have skills : Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure

Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of the security architecture to maintain its effectiveness and adaptability in a dynamic cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs and performance targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build expertise and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate security architecture seamlessly into broader IT initiatives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Good To Have Skills: Public Key Infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices related to identity and access management.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Ability to assess and mitigate risks associated with cloud-based identity services.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements relevant to cloud environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
