Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. The role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. This position embraces a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Strong experience in backend development and API design using Python.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and frameworks to support full stack development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services to implement scalable solutions.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
