Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves evaluating existing business processes to uncover opportunities that can generate measurable value. This role requires capturing overarching requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions that align with organizational goals. The position also includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Additionally, the Business Architect supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and recommending innovative approaches.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions.
- Ability to develop and communicate business cases effectively to support transformation initiatives.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Capability to guide implementation efforts ensuring alignment with business goals.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
