Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment. The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping effective business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering continuous improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Assist in the development and refinement of business processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project deliverables.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in GuideWire Integration.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and operating model design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in GuideWire Integration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
