Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking full ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating integrations with other systems, and overseeing the release cycles to ensure smooth deployment. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing the requirements and limitations posed by business needs and vendor agreements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Basic understanding of asset management principles, maintenance processes, and reliability concepts
Familiarity with data management and analytics tools for supporting asset performance insights
Ability to assist in solution development and support client delivery activities
Exposure to enterprise asset management platforms such as SAP IAM, Maximo, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of integrating operational data from sources like IoT devices and enterprise systems
Professional & Technical Skills:
Awareness of AI/ML use cases such as predictive maintenance and anomaly detection
Ability to understand business requirements and support in translating them into solutions
Experience or willingness to work with cross-functional teams during implementation and testing phases
Good problem-solving skills with an interest in improving asset performance and efficiency
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Assets Reliability and Maintenance Management.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
