The Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment across various stakeholders and teams to drive successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of business strategies with technology solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to foster a shared understanding of project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.

- Skilled in stakeholder management and facilitating collaboration across multiple teams.

- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
