Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering services aimed at developing effective technical solutions to address various challenges and meet organizational goals. The role requires applying a blend of scientific principles, socio-economic insights, technical expertise, and hands-on experience to resolve engineering issues. Daily activities include collaborating across multiple disciplines such as structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight to ensure the successful delivery of engineering projects. This position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement with evolving engineering requirements to contribute meaningfully to business success.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project objectives.
- Maintain thorough documentation of engineering processes and decisions to support knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise to foster professional growth.
- Continuously update technical knowledge to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of materials and manufacturing processes relevant to aircraft production.
- Experience with quality assurance and control procedures within an engineering environment.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering drawings, specifications, and standards.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation practices.
- Competence in problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis related to manufacturing challenges.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aircraft Manufacturing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
