Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that support the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and ecosystems to enhance delivery speed and maintain high-quality standards. Daily activities include continuous testing across multiple domains such as security and application programming interfaces, developing and maintaining automated testing scripts, and configuring necessary data and environments. The position also involves active participation in code reviews and defect monitoring to foster ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities within the development lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive automation frameworks to support continuous testing efforts.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed feedback to development teams to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices in testing and automation.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks relevant to full stack application environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing continuous testing strategies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts that enhance test coverage and efficiency.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support automated testing processes.
- Competence in monitoring, reporting, and analyzing defects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
